This looks like one of those victorian lithograph things, or like something post-apocalyptic. What did the photo look like before you set to work on it?

Yes, post-apocalyptic is how I see it. That's why I called it On The Beach. I'll post the image from before I started working on it and also a version with a different exposure so you can see what's really in the background.
