Fountain At Back

The fountain in the back of the BC Parliament Buildings. I took this photo with a faster shutter speed to capture the drops in the water but otherwise the photo didn't turn out as well as I had hoped. Photoshop helped. I also figured out how to use Photoshop's lasso tool on the seagulls and was able to make them stand out much more clearly against the background.
